Applications to exhibit will be accepted and processed through the Festival of Arts. Application Deadline: January 22, 2010 (4 pm) at the Festival of Arts office: Festival of Arts Jurying, 650 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Application Fee: $50 per medium. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. As a regional art show, only artists who have resided in the following zip codes for at least one year prior to January 22, 2010 qualify*
